Good afternoon.

Please find below confirmation of a special offer from Intercape Pathfinder, of $60.00 return from Harare to Victoria Falls and $30.00 from Bulawayo return. The offer is valid until the end of the month. It would be ideal if we coordinate all bookings to ensure that the coaches can be boarded at rendezvous which are convenient for Rotarians, notably the Rotary Centre for Harare Rotarians. Also consider Rotary Youth Exchange students, Rotaractors and even our Malawian and Mozambican counterparts. Perhaps each club can appoint a point person who can link up with me?

Following our telephone conversation let me confirm that our normal route services in running up to vic falls from as little as $30 and about $60 return if you purchase your tickets on or before 31 march as we running a special and you can fill up the two coaches easily in time, come April the price may change and hence if we conclude early the better and we can cater for your trip and as long as you fill up the coaches we more than happy.

Good afternoon. My discussion with your Roadport office staff of this afternoon refers:

Rotary International District 9210, which comprises Zimbabwe, Malawi, Northern Mozambique and Zambia will convene its annual district conference from the 29th of April to the 2nd of may at the Chrisma Hotel in Livingstone. A strong delegation is expected to travel to Livingstone from Harare, which is home to over 300 Rotarians. We also have some Rotarians traveling from Marondera, Mutare, Malawi and Mozambique who will pass through Harare.

We would like to inquire about the availability of your coaches to transport our delegates to and from Victoria Falls during your normal schedule. We believe we have enough Rotarians, spouses, children and members of our youth programmes to fill 2 to 3 50 seater coaches.  Also furnish us with your group rates.
