FINAL ROTARY BOARD MEETING

Fellow directors,

We are coming to a close of this Rotary year. As in life some things we have done well and some have fallen by the way. We need to put all successes for the year and celebrate as well as take note of the challenges for the incoming Board.

I want to thank you all for your cooperation and dedication to this voluntary work which does compete with our normal work.

 I would be grateful if all Directors would kindly give me a summary of annual reports of their Committees implementation including pictures highlighting the successes. I want to produce a very simple magazine.

PE Chris and I are looking at a concept of sub-contracting the Club Newsletter . As soon as we have looked at the arithmetic, we will table it for scrutiny and approval by the Board at the next meeting..

PE Chris, kindly circulate the minutes of the past meeting for Directors to be reminded of outstanding Committee commitments for the remaining five weeks. Would you also kindly update the RI site as we have completed the work.

Treasurer David, please prepare all that is needed for RI and PHF for the members who have honoured phf dues. All these payments are more than overdue.

Kindly I ask for your cooperation as we exist the year.
