I trust you are well. I believe the minutes and notice for the Board Meeting are on their way. Kindly include the venue in the agenda as well as members that need to be acted  upon so that the meeting now becomes a club assembly. I will host the last Board meeting on Monday the 8th of June.

I hope the fellowship was vivacious given the new premises.
