Fellow Board members,
At the Board meeting last night, the Board resolved that all avenues of service (including those that were not represented at the meeting) must present their reports at the Business Meeting today. Accordingly, you are requested to submit, by e-mail, a brief summary of your report to the Board by 10:00 this morning so that the Board is familiar with the issues to be reported since your avenue of service was not represented at the Board Meeting last night.

My apologies once again for not attending the Board Meeting last evening.
Distribution of school materials has been completed. And the coordinating Rotary Club in the UK wanted the advertising materials of the donors to be displayed when handing over the materials to the schools. This was done and they are very happy with it.
Mention must be made that most of the materials were distributed by PDG Stallard to various schools in Lilongwe.
Vocational Services now intend to continue with the Career Talks soon after the mid-term school holidays. Rotarians will be advised accordingly as to where they are supposed to go.

I missed the meeting because my meeting at Church did run late.
The Golf Tournament is on 16th May, 2015 and letters are being delivered. Some will be brought to Rotary Lunch by Rtn. William for Rotarians to pick up letters which they can help deliver and follow up. Rotarians are being encouraged to make donations as well.
I have a Board Meeting at Tobacco Control Commission and it may run late.
This report could be presented by Rtn. William who is copied herein.
