Dear Fellow Board Members,

This is to let you know that I will not be able to make it to DISCON due to the programme at work. I regret that I will not witness the moment of glory for RCL as we see DGE Dean assume the District Chair.

PP Nelson will preside over the handover ceremony of the School Block and the Fellowship Luncheon. We are trying to invite the High Commissioner of UK to be a Club Guest and witness the contribution the Club from his country is making to the Malawi Community.

The program is scheduled to start at 11am and soon after the handover ceremony the Fellowship will convene in one of the Class rooms. Rtn Eveline has offered to bring finger foods @ K2,500. The Treasurer can bring drinks for sale - I think?

Kindly let us patronise it as Directors.

Further to my message in which I had informed that I was likely to be out on mission on 2 successive Tuesdays, here are the arrangements in my absence.

1.On Monday 09th March, PP Mashal will chair the Board meeting at Rtn Maya's residence.

2.On 10th March, IPP Nelson will preside over the fellowship.

3. On 16th March IPP Nelson will Chair the Fireside Chat at PP Haroon's residence.

4. On 17th March, IPP Nelson will induct all prospective Rotarians.
