Dear Past Presidents and Fellow Directors,

I am writing to invite you to a fireside chat which will take place at ADG Manzoor residence on Monday evening of 8th December 5:30 pm. There are three prospective members who have been our guests for sometime now.These are Sophie Kalimba, Smart Chokoto and Dylan Bub who have been cleared by the Club.

However, Mrs. Sophie Kalimba will be out of Lilongwe on this day. Induction can take place at the Tuesday 9th fellowship.

As indicated at the last Board Meeting, it is not a requirement that Directors or Board Members should attend the Fireside Chat. Only the incumbent President and Past President should.

However, it's a must that the candidates and their sponsors attend.
