A new Rotary year starts now , and you are all energized to do great projects and programs for the humanity and Rotary. Our beloved Governor Venuji had equipped you in the training programs to carry out the responsibility of doing good programs in National Priority (literacy),Governors Focused program (cancer care and palliative care) and District Priorities (12 projects)

I take this opportunity to express my sincere gratitude to our Governor Venugopal menon for giving me the opportunity to serve as District Secretary ( for vocational and polio plus support)

I offer you my sincere support to do any programs in vocational service and Polio plus by your club.I request you to send me your projects and programs in the above areas.

We have designed the vocational awards program in an innovative way. We have to select the best performers in the vocations like,police ,teaching ,electricity board, hospital, postal dept., municipality, panchayath employees, etc..etc...and give away award and cash prize in their working place . Conduct a meeting in their offices(like police station,hospital,post office,electricity office etc..etc) and give away awards in the presence of the co-workers .Invite all your club members to attend and keep up our discipline in the meeting .Club president should preside the meeting please publicize this program in the nearby areas.

In polio plus please conduct a polio awareness bicycle rally with the support of interact club and rotract club also,a procession around the plus polio booth with the support of Rotarian, Ann's And Annett's school students NCC , kudumbasree members , etc..Pl conduct meeting in public and invite great personalities of the locality to celebrate the eradication of polio from India and spread the message KEEP INDIA POLIO FREE I wish u all a great 2014-15 and we will make everything happen and the light up Rotary
