a) This Secretariat letter No. 3201/Election dated 18 Nov 2017 addressed to all the members of the Nomination Committee
b) This Secretariat Email on the subject dated 21 Nov 2017 addressed to the members of Nominating Committee and members of Election Committee.
Members of the Nominating Committee met on 26 Nov 2017 at Hotel Elite Palazzo, Angamali at 1030hrs to nominate the District Governor for the year 2020-21 for the RI Dist 3201. Only one proposal for the Governor Nomination received from Rotary Club of Perumbavoor (Club ID 22147) proposing Rtn. Jose Chacko. M (Member ID 2048404) as Governor Nominee.
Nomination Committee under the Chairmanship of Rtn. K.N. Shastry met and deliberated in detail and unanimously nominated Rtn. Jose Chacko. M of Rotary Club of Perumbavoor as the Official candidate for District Governor for the year 2020-21.
Rtn. Jose Chacko. M will be conferred District Governor Nominee Designate on 18 Feb 2018 at The District Conference.
