Notice is hereby given for the  Annual General Body Meeting & Election of Office Bearers for the Rotary Coimbatore North for the Rotary Year 2019-20 to be held on 15th December 2017 at 6.30 PM at Rotary Texcity Hall.

Election of Office bearers for 2019 -20 

Rtn.PP.PHF. Tirumurugan  has been appointed as the Returning Officer for the Election .

The Election is being conducted for the following posts for the Rotary Year 2019-20.

President , Secretary , Vice President , Joint Secretary , Treasurer , Sergeant at Arms (2 Posts) , Directors (5 Posts) for 5 Avenues of Service .

The last date for receipt of Eligible applications is on or before 12th December 2017 , 6 PM . 

The filled in Nomination papers should be sent to the Returning Officer's Address only , properly signed .

The decision of the Returning officer regarding any Nomination shall be final and binding .
