I am Rtn. Giridharan from 3232 and I am seeking your kind attention for a music show happening at COIMBATORE on 11th Nov for a noble-cause FIGHT-CANCER and CANCER CARE.
PAADAVA UN PAADALI (P U P) is a Mega Music Show on 80s films with live orchestra by BRIGHT MELODIES of Coimbatore, scheduled to be presented by SARANGI from Chennai, on 11th November, 2017 at COIMBATORE at SITRA Auditorium from 6pm onwards.
CANCELER FOUNDATION, a Public Charitable trust that works for FIGHT-CANCER, is organizing the show. The proceeds of this show goes to SRIMATHA CANCER CARE, Indira Nagar, Adyar, a Palliative and Terminally ill cancer care center. SRIMATHA is at the moment at a leased place with around 18 bed infrastructure taking up the Hospice and is planning for its own building at Thuraippakkam with a bigger world class hospice to accommodate more patients and is seeking to raise funds through various sources. Mrs. Vijayasree Mahadevan, the founder trustee of the cancer care center shall be presenting her services at our music show on 11th November at Coimbatore.

CANCELER FOUNDATION, is Chennai based NGO founded by professionals who have put in decades of services in Information Technology and Education / Training in various companies before deciding to work for FIGHT-CANCER. CANCELER looks at raising funds and reaching out to the needy on-time who are suffering from various diseases including Cancer that includes Palliative nature.
CANCELER raises funds through music shows and other entertainment channels in Chennai and others parts of Tamil Nadu. Mrs. G. Gita, a native of Coimbatore and is an alumnus of PSG Tech as Masters in Computer Science is the Managing Trustee of the trust. Her father, Prof. K. S. Ganapathy, was a retired professor from PSG College of Arts and Science, who also perished in Cancer.
80s nostalgia (Melodies and superhits of 1980-90 tamil films) with audience presentation is the theme of the Music Show.
FMLR, Fellowship of Music Loving Rotarians of Rotary District 3232 have been doing music shows for charity and fund raising for noble causes in the lines of Rotary Moto, Making a difference. Rtn. Manachanallur S. Giridharan, an alumnus of PSG Tech and a musician and educationist has been leading a band of Rotarians called SARANGI. He has lent his voice in the 1980s for a few Bhagyaraj films apart from non-film albums with Unnikrishnan, Dr. SPB among others.
SARANGI's P U P has some scintillating and romantic melodies of 1980s tamil films. P U P is sure to take you back to your good old golden memories of 80s and gets you to the nostalgia.
There is audience participation too in this show by which audience will be asked some musical questions and the winners will be asked to come on stage and sing their favorite song.
