Kind regards. As you all are aware that the District Assembly is to be held at Hotel Le Meridien Coimbatore on 17th & 18th of May 2014 the early bird registration of Rs.2000/- has been extended to 15th of April 2014.  After that date it would be Rs.2250/- and Spot Registration would be Rs.2500/-

We kindly request you to motivate the incoming office bearers coming under you to make a registration as early as possible so that the organizing committee would get more time to build the infrastructure to make every Rotarian's stay and participation more smooth and comfort.

Hotel Le Meridien happens to be on the outskirts of Coimbatore and has got the best available conference facilities in Coimbatore.  The ambiance and hospitality of Le Meridien would be the finest. The organizing committee has interacted with the banquet team to provide the best of the spreads for the 17th dinner and 18th lunch. The organizing committee has also bringing up with some of the innovative ideas in training office bearers for fine tuning Leadership skills and imparting abundant Rotary Knowledge.  We have organised the entertainment and fellowship sessions so that the KID inside every Rotarians is given a stimulation to make it relive again.

We assure each and every Rotarian of the district the this assembly is going to be the most talked about in the history of district 3201 and we request you to talk to every Rotarian under you so that they would register early and reap the highest benefit of learning and entertainment.
