This is in reference to the invoice as per the subject matter , in which you have charged us for 13 months pro rata dues for US$ 491.36 per month and gst thereon. Would like you to kindly send us the breakup on how the same has been arrived at. 

Also please inform the US$ TO INR conversion taken for raising the invoice. 

Please revert asap for us to make the payment.
