I, for one, would like to get everybody to attend.  How does Tuesday, Wednesday or Thursday, Sept 2, 3 or 4 (the three days following Labor Day which is Monday, Sept 1st)?  I am around all three dates.  I will attend Aug 6 but I sure would love to have everybody, including Jerry, at the event so we could have the final playing card contest and ask Jerry for the final time...How much is in the pot Mr. Treasurer?... and he would answer with just a blank stare!  LOL

Although I have not heard from everyone I can reasonably say that next Wednesday, Aug. 6 works best.  Jerry, unfortunately, will not be able to attend on account of a medical appointment, and Emily's situation is such that their home is no longer available for a celebration for the remainder of the summer.
