Speaker for 10th feb

Dear Dr. Aparna,
Further to the discussion our First Lady Swati Sharma had with you, we thank you for acceding to our request for being a guest speaker on your chosen topic at our club on 10th February 2017.
Our current membership
strength is about 27 members and in our midst we have Entrepreneurs, Young self
employed Professionals in every conceivable vocation,Doctors, Engineers and
Senior Executives of the Corporate World.
The meeting is structured with a starting
informal fellowship between 7.30 p.m and 8.00 p.m. The president calls the
meeting to order at 8.00 p.m. and about 10 mins initially are devoted to club matters. You will be expected to speak
thereafter on the subject for about 20 – 30 mins. This will be followed by a
question and answer session lasting for about 10 mins. Thereafter the
meting will continue for about 10 more
mins with club matters being addressed once again. Final adjournment will
be by 9.00 p.m. latest.
After the meeting we would like to invite you to
join us for a small informal fellowship with about 10-15 of our Rotarians at
the same venue over refreshments. Generally you should aim to reach the
venue between 8 and 8.15 p.m. and you will be free of your engagement by about
9.15 p.m.
The meeting will be held at
Euro Kids, Opp Chedda Petrol Pump, 1st Floor, Mulund (West), Mumbai
400 080. We have arrangements for audio Visual aids LCD projectors,
Laptop etc. Please give us advance notice for arranging the same in case you so
desire.
We would appreciate a confirmation either on
phone or by email and would further request you to email your bio-data and topic so that
appropriate introductions can be made during the meeting.
