Dear Rotarians, We would like to let you know that South Asia Office of Rotary International, currently located at Thapar House, Janpath is moving to its new address effective April 16, 2018. The new address is as follows:   Rotary International South Asia Office Pullman/Novotel Commercial Tower First Floor, Asset No. 2, Hospitality District Aerocity (Near IGI Airport) New Delhi 110037, India +91-11-42250101 to 105   We will be operating from our current office premises till Friday, 13 April 2018 and will commence operations from our new office premise at Aerocity effective Monday, 16 April 2018.  Please note all our contact details including landline numbers, email addresses and fax numbers will remain unchanged after the transition to the new office.   As we make this shift, from 13 to 16 April, there might be some connectivity issues due to reinstallation of landline connections at our new office premises as the service providers may take some additional time in installing connections at the new office premises which is a high security zone due to proximity to the airport.   Therefore, we would appreciate your patience if there is slight delay in responding to your queries, as we settle down at our new location.   You will be pleased to know that the new location is very near the Delhi Airport (Terminal 1D, 2 and Terminal 3), with various hotels nearby that you may like to book in advance for your future planned visits to the South Asia Office.  You can also avail discounts that are being offered by some of these hotels through "Rotary Global Rewards".   I am happy to share that the new office will have a dedicated meeting room (35 seating capacity) exclusively for Rotarians for their meetings/workshops. We will shortly inform you of the process for reserving your meeting room. Additionally, a dedicated corner ‘The Rotarian Tech Center' with internet connectivity will provide visiting Rotarians a facility to access  “My Rotary” accounts and other associated applications through RI website www.rotary.org and can also be used to pay membership dues and/or contribute to Rotary Foundation (India) using online tools.   We heartily invite you and your club members to visit us at the new office whenever you plan your next visit to the Capital.    With warm regards, Rajeev Ranjan Head-South Asia Tel +91-11-42250115 Fax +91-11-42250191&192
