Membership.
Président Jeremy welcomed the AG Tabitha.
AG Tabitha Saïd the planning Guide is the form we had filled for the year so as a Club we have to do what we had filled.
About the Membership the AG Saïd its important to invite more membre like business people, professionnels.
Membres who Pay there dues.
New members should attend meetings at least five times and after that they Pay there dues.
Rotarians should have fun to make the Club lovely. Joining together to hve fellowship on there homes,at least to have a cup of tea together.
About dues we should knw why we Pay dues. The treasurer should take charge and to do the accounts to send them to RRI-Can help to apply for grants.
Paying for the foundation.
Membership- to invite speakers from différent places mostly Mombasa business people.
Presidential citation - Jeremy should work on it immédiately.
Trainings.
A person should be trained for fondation once per month.
Callender events, business meetings.
Secretary to send the calender of the board meetings.
Mentorship- its time to choose a mentor. And to have a stratégique plan for the five years.
My rotary is for any member registered to the Club.
As club we should prépare to go to Diani leadership seminar in september.
The Club really appreciated the AG Tabitha for her visit and also the visitors who attended the meeting.
We finished the meeting at 9.00ocl.

Hallo rotarians.
I wish to give a report of what we did on our installation night.
92 guests attended.
rotarians sold cards - 81,000/=
rotaractors brought for cards - 24,500/=
raffle - 19,000/=
auctions - 43,500/=
pens - 2,800/=
total = 170,800/=
Less 77,000/= for Garoda.
So grand total - 93,800/=
