Subject: Minutes for 22nd october 2015.
AGENDA:
1) The évent changes to 1st November.
2)Account oppening
3) polio walk
4) Pwanii University
1, The évent of thanks giving has changes from 25th to 1st November .
As per the venue we decided we have it at Rock n sea, some rotarians n Rotaractors to visit the place on sunday 25th morning. The area MP had confirmed and Mr Ibrahim matumbo, and hamuza.
2, About the opening the account the Club decided to open with KCB,, and Jeremy comented about the auditors money Jeremy to advance with 10,000 and the 30,000 the Club Will contribute Next meeting on 28th. So all club members to being contribution.
3, About the polio walk the Club confirm the club Will be represented. the walk Will be at Mombasa on 24th oct.
4, The pwani University , pp Irine Saïd all the recepts had handed over to the président, we have some eccess but the money we should Pay 127k*5=635000. and 7500•3= 22500.
We Saïd we should organise a lunch to fundraise for the Education.
We have decided Next meeting we have the date for the fundraising.

Rot Bonny updated the marafiki RCC.
Rotaractors invited the Club there event on 31st at Kalahari. Per head 1000.ksh..
