AGENDA.
The DG REPORT by Rot Esther.
1) The number for watamu Club is few
The Club decided to work hard to
to add at least 20 members.
2) p the project the Marafiki bridge,Rt Tabitha will link us with Mr Thoya.
3) paper work to be registered Rotary community Cops at Marafiki, we should visit my rotary and learn more.
4) On Tuesday we are visiting the place at
3.00 o'clock, Rt Giudo to
communicate with Mr Thoya for
our going.
B) The Walk.
On 19th next month the rotary club
preferred to have the walk, the
same day is the beach cleaning
day,
- Also because of luck of sponsors we decided to postpone it upto January.
- we approach the Donors as we
wait for walk.
- The Club decided if the month
and the date of
of the walk succeeded then we
shall have the walk every year
the same month.
- local people to sponsor the
walk, we invite them.

Financial statements, The treasurer is not yet received the financial statements, Rot Guido to push William at the bank we have the Bank statement. But rot Bill said AG Tabitha needs the audited statement,
Rot Esther to talk to AG Tabitha about the audited statement.
The statement should be done every after 4 months.
Scholarship - Education students will be back in September .
PP Irine to follow up about the students balances and their progress next meeting we have the report.
Website : PP Irine to do the pictures, video's .
Simone volunteers to help about the website..
