Dear Rotary members Mabirizi & Delmas,
I am pleased to contact you as a representative of The Rotary Foundation. I arrange reviews and evaluations of Rotary projects conducted by The Rotary Foundation Cadre of Technical Advisers. Your global grant project GG2460336 -conduct a health fair, providing health services at 150 project sites throughout Uganda, is scheduled to receive an interim monitor or post-site visit in the next three months. An evaluation by The Rotary Foundation Cadre of Technical Advisers is required for global grants awarded over US$50,000 from the World Fund or with total funding over US$100,000, involving directed gifts or endowment earnings.
Cadre Member Muthoni Mate will visit the project site for approximately three days to meet with project sponsors, cooperating organizations, and community members, review grant and financial records, and discuss findings and opportunities during a feedback meeting. Please contact her to begin arranging the itinerary. The visit may take place at any time convenient for the sponsors and the Cadre member, allowing time for the Cadre member to submit the Foundation by 25/05/2026. It helps if the timing allows the Cadre adviser to observe educational, outreach, service delivery, or other project activities during the visit.
