Dear friends,

 It is with sadness that I announce the sudden death of M. Andrew Batte Ssozi, husband to Rtn Irene Nabayunga who is the PR director of the RC of Kampala Ssese Islands.  Andrew was knocked dead last evening by a car that went on rampage at about 6.30 pm along Dastar Street in Kampala.  Sadly, Andrew has left behind a very young family.

There will be a vigil today at Seguku Naziba village (off Entebbe road) at Mzee Francis Batte's home (the deceased's father). Burial will take place at 4.00 pm  tomorrow (Friday) at the same place.

Our thoughts and prayers go out to Rtn Irene Nabayunga and her family during this very difficult time in their life, and may Andrew's soul rest in eternal peace.

Very sory for the sad news. my heartfelt condolences to Rtn Irene. I was unable to attend as I was mceing at the burial of the father of Mr Joseph Kijambu and Rtn David Ndiwalana of the Rotary Club of Muyenga.

We pray that the good character and deeds of the departed be carried forward by their offsprings, families and friends.
