Hello to everyone who has registered for the 2025 Rotary International Convention! We look forward to gathering with you 21-25 June in Calgary.
Start planning your own event
With so many Rotary members in one place, the convention presents a rare opportunity. Start planning now to meet with members from your district, your zone, or another group within Rotary by organizing an unofficial affiliate event. These events, held in conjunction with the convention but not as part of the official program, are organized entirely by our members. The organizers of each event are responsible for paying for its costs, including venue rental, catering, audiovisual equipment, security, and transportation.
After you finalize your event’s details, use this form to tell us about it by Friday, 25 April. When you do, you can choose to add your event to the calendar of unofficial affiliate events that will be posted on convention.rotary.org in early 2025 and on the Rotary Events app in June. Exhibit in the House of Friendship
The House of Friendship is the ultimate destination for attendees to gather, network, and learn about your product, program, or service. The application to exhibit in the House of Friendship at the 2025 Rotary International Convention is now available. Rotary and non-Rotary entities are welcome to secure booth space.

Learn, develop, and grow at breakout sessions
The convention’s breakout sessions will be held Monday and Tuesday afternoons and Wednesday morning. Mark them on your calendar as you plan your convention experience because each day will be full of sessions that you won’t want to miss. We’ll announce a preliminary list of topics early next year, and shortly after that we’ll post a full schedule on the Breakout Sessions page.
Rotary Foundation donor events
Rotary Foundation donor events will return in Calgary to celebrate the impact our donors make. Eligible donors will receive email invitations to register for these events soon. Learn more about the donor events for 2025 at convention.rotary.org.
Join us for an exciting Rotary Youth Exchange event before the convention
Are you ready to get involved in Rotary Youth Exchange? Do you want to learn the practical steps to starting exchanges and get hands-on guidance? Or perhaps you want to offer your own expertise? Don’t miss the Youth Exchange Officers Preconvention, designed for beginners and experienced leaders alike, Friday and Saturday, 20-21 June. Rotary Youth Exchange will be celebrating its 50th anniversary as an official program of Rotary International, and for the first time, the preconvention will offer a beginner track for people who have less experience with the program and want to learn how to get started in their club or district.
What to expect:
- Beginner track. Learn the steps to starting a Rotary Youth Exchange program.
- Expert guidance. Engage with experienced leaders and gain valuable insights.
- Networking opportunities. Connect with like-minded people to build your Rotary Youth Exchange network.
