Regarding PP Jimmy Lazaro po, parang he is expecting na ma-waive po yung SAR niya kasi po nag-donate po siya ng Php50k sa rotary homes and nagbayad din daw po siya ng Php130k, sa aceprint po yata plus other donations po.

Regarding the Php30k po, nagbigay na po si Dr. Bernabe ng 3 checks amounting to Php10k each dated April 5, April 20 and May 5, 2014 po.

In my humble opinion it is the responsibility of every Rotarian to pay their dues annually.  The other expenses incurred when holding office as a lead officer of the club are voluntary in nature and should not be treated as advances or expenses that may be reimbursed or in lieu of SAR or other club dues.  

The concern may be discussed during a general assembly or during a board meeting where the board may include resolutions that will be part of the club by-laws.  I'm certain that this concern will be settled amicably without causing any ruffled feathers so to speak.
