Dear Rtn Sangeeth ,

Thank you for inviting me for the induction . I am so happy to note that you are pursuing Internal Extension with great deal of enthusiasm . Congratulations .

May I take the liberty of pointing out a few requirements ...

1) Please send me the list of the gentlemen who are being inducted , their Classifications , Their spouses' names and their childrens' names . 

2) The sponsoring Rotarians' list ... they must be present

3)  Please do ensure that the New Rotarians' welcome kits are procured , and the pins are available

4) The dress code needs to be formal

5) a good sound system

6) Rose buds or floral bouquets for the ladies

7) short intros for the new members 

8) adequate seating in front for the new members and the families

It is strictly a family function , and we need to conduct it with utmost serenity and sincerity.

Dear Sangeeth

RCCL the first concern is membership development . RI the first concern is also the same. Hence RI has diluted the stringent regulations for inductions in the COL.

There is no rule that 2 meeting attendance is required to induct a member.

The board can accept the membership without any such hurdles.

So you may request the President to call for a board meeting before 11th so that we can induct the members by Dr.GN on the President's dinner meeting.

Need to present the bio data of the members before the board...that's important.
