Estimado Martin Bareiss,

 

Lamentablemente no encuentro el informe económico (Journal) que menciona abajo. Por favor vuelva a enviarlo. Recuerde que los documentos tienen que justificar el uso de 32,536 € en “gastos de formación, programas de higiene y formación sanitaria, apoyo social y psicológico” a partir de abril 2019. Gracias.

Pienso es necesario hacer algunas aclaraciones para encontrar más fácil los documentos respectivos de gastos registrados:

 

Para esto le pido entrar en el informe económico (Journal) que le había enviado al última vez y abrir la pestaña “ACJG 2020”

 

Fila 157 / 59: Documento N° “OP60_C6A_032019”, allí está resaltado en rojo el adelanto remunerativo para la profesora Marleny Ventocilla

¡Saludos de Evanston! He revisado los recibos y facturas de la drop-box de abajo y esos documentos son para: a) transporte local (taxis) para recoger compras o visitar familias cuyos hijos están inscritos o estarán inscritos en la guardería, b) aspiradoras, c) pizarras, d) sillas, y e) cilindros de gas. Todas estas facturas y recibos no suman  32536,00 €, que es el monto registrado en el segundo informe de esta subvención, por lo que hay una gran cantidad de documentos pendientes. Gracias.

I have reviewed the receipts and invoices in the below drop-box and those documents are for: a) local transportation (taxis) to pick up purchases or visit families whose children are enrolled or will be enrolled in the daycare center, b) a vacuum cleaner, c) blackboards, d) chairs, and e) gas cylinders. All those documents do not add up to 32536,00 €, which is the amount entered in the second progress report of this grant, so there are a lot of documents pending. Thank you.

Grüße von Evanston! Ich habe die Quittungen und Rechnungen in der folgenden Drop-Box überprüft und diese Dokumente sind für: a) Nahverkehr (Taxis) um Einkäufe abzuholen oder Familien zu besuchen, deren Kinder eingeschrieben sind oder in der Kita eingeschrieben werden, b) ein Staubsauger, c) Tafeln, d) Stühle und e) Gasflaschen. Alle diese Dokumente summieren sich nicht auf 32536,00 €, was dem Betrag entspricht, der im zweiten Fortschrittsbericht dieses Zuschusses eingegeben wurde, so dass eine Menge Dokumente ausstehen. Vielen Dank.

Dear mrs. maria emig,

thank you very much for your message regarding the progress report gg 1744060. i have contacted my project partner and asked him to provide the supporting documents as a pdf. However, due to Corona - quarantine, it may take time to fulfill the request.

i will skype with him in the coming week to find out when the documents can be expected. if i am informed correctly, the documents have already been digitized.

i ask for your patience. Mr. bareiss himself is also ill with corona and is in quarantine.
