Hello Johnny,

Sorry I missed you in Cebu this trip.  Was hoping to discuss the Peter Kong Scholarship with you.

Basically, we need clarification on the following :

1.  Status and Intentions for the Scholarship

      What is the current account status and what would be the sum for RCSW to 

      match ?  We would suggest that the Fund be built-up to a level when no

      further input would be needed to fund X no. of students till graduation.

      This is assuming that RCCW intends to continue with this Fund in memory

       of Mark Yang, we would suggest re-naming it to "Peter Kong : Mark Yang "

       Scholarship, regardless of the Yang family support. Of course it would be

       nice if the family contributes also ... we would suggest a 3-way split  ?

2...Friends of Peter Kong are prepared to help match funds raised by RCCW

     to achieve the targetted final amount....this might take some years depend-

     ing on what this sum is  ?

We hope this matter could be resolved before funds run out and hopefully before June 11th  this year  ??
