Please sign the report I prepared so that our partner club, the  RC Singapre West will have an overview of how much we spent for Zapatera Scholarship for RY 2016-2017.

Based on the statement of account there is still an available fund from the previous year for Zapatera Scholarship in the amount of  P 32,420 which I can give back to RC Singapore West or President Johnson depending on the decision of PP Wei Lien Tay.
