Cebu City Transportation Office (CCTO) and Traffic Patrol Group, Cebu City Police Office, Cebu City wish to announce and inform the riding public that vehicular traffic will be re-routed temporarily on the affected streets for the Grand Marian Procession in celebration of the “Fatima Centenary”. From Capitol Area (Osmeña Blvd. – N. Escario St.), passing along Osmeña Blvd. towards Downtown Area then to Basilica Minore del Sto. Niño Pilgrim Center on Friday, October 13, 2017 at 8:00 in the evening until the activity will be finished. TRAFFIC RE-ROUTING 1. All Public Utility Jeepney (PUJ) coming from Banawa, and Guadalupe, in going to Carbon Area shall take V. Rama Ave., turn left to J. Alcantara St. or at N. Bacalso Ave. (except 06A and 07A), right turn to Leon Kilat St., left turn to Magallanes St., left turn to Borromeo St., left turn to Sanciangko St.
