Dear friends,

Greetings and best wishes.

As I have informed you earlier:

India will complete 3 years of polio free status by January 13^th 2014 and will be declared a polio free country. To commemorate this milestone and also to spread the awareness about the need for ending polio once for all – not just from India, but from the entire world – we are planning an awareness campaign around the country :

1. By individual clubs and Rotarians organizing awareness campaigns through rallies, bill boards, banners or through any other imaginative way that you think is effective.

2. By illuminating iconic monuments like India Gate, Red fort and Baroda Palace.

In Hyderabad, we have selected to illuminate “Hyderabad Public School” with “India is Polio Free” logo on 13^th January 2014 from 7 pm to midnight.

Shri. Pallam Raju, Honorable Minister of Human Resource Development, Government of India will grace the occasion as the Chief Guest.

I cordially invite each one of you to be there at HPS, Begumpet by 6.30 pm to be a part of this joyous moment.
