I just spoke with Dad. I think the best way going forward is talking with Mr.Kaleswar Rao on 9347997666.

If he does not respond, call on Rtn.Amarnath (Prez)  - am...@farnpar.com & Rtn.Amaresh (Sec) - raoam...@yahoo.co.in and forward the above mail to them.

Please note that I have blocked my date as the Installation officer on 29th July, 2014. Please request them if they can allot the Jubilee Hills hall venue for our installation that day. We will have a gathering of 40 Rotaract members on that day. Chief Guest for the function will be President Rotarian Amarnath!! In case they do not we will sought for alternate venues and conduct our installation!!

Ready the agenda and send them the details as well!

It  always feels good to address mails to Proficient Rotarians like you. 

Last Tuesday myself (Rtr. Pruthvi Gupta - Vice president ) and Rtr. Shreekar Ram kumar ( Secretary ) had an opportunity to attend the general body meeting of "Rotary Club Of Jubilee Hills " . 

We also happen to meet Mr. PHF K S Sharma (Regional Chairman - Rotaract ) and were lucky enough to click pictures with him . Everyone were awestruck with his flawless speech on "Marketing & Sales" . He quoted so many people in relevance to the topic and also shared with us , his secrets to memorize , which include " Impression , Association & Repetition " .

Our purpose of attending the meeting was not only to interact with the Rotarians and understand the projects undertaken by them , but also to finalize on the installation ceremony of our new Rotaract cabinet. 

This time our Rotaractors have come up with some sterling projects for the year. We wish to get installed in the presence of Rotarians and share our ideas with them . We have a strength of 15 dedicated members and 30 volunteers. We expect to accommodate 40 people including parents to attend the event. 

Please let us know which dates and place are conceivable  for hosting the event
