Please find attached a smaple Agenda I prepared for the Installation Ceremony scheduled on 29th July, 2014 at Jubilee Hills Club from 6:30pm onwards.

Kindly check and make further modifications/alterations as required.

Checklist:

1. Lapel pins to be arranged for

2. MC to be decided (2 members prefereably)

3. Collection of Profiles of the guests attending the event

4. Registration Desk - Attendance Sheet

5. Banner - Pruthvi can help you on this

6. Arrangement of Snacks for 30 members - Can be ordered in the club itself (Some pakoda/Bajji and Soft drinks) Sreekar will help you out on this

7.Invitations to the other Club Presidents and Secretaries. Attached is the excel sheet whom you can call on.
