Dear Rotarians

We are all set to have the vocational awards function on Sunday, October 27, 2013 at Family World, which is right next to Hotel Manohar, adjacent to the exit road of the old big pay airport.

Fellowship and high tea will be between 5:30 and 6:30 PM, and the awards function itself will be between 6:30 and 7:45 PM.  As mentioned at our club meeting, we have concentrated on recognising excellence in the work of people who are not normally recognised or awarded - the unsung heroes of our society.

A lot of preparation goes into organising a function like this one; so I would like you all to make a special effort to be there with your family and any friends whom you would like to acquaint with the service activities of Rotary.

I attach the e-invite which you could also send out to your friends.

Hoping to see you all on Sunday at 5.30 pm!
