With Accommodation
  1. Check-in at rock regency will be allowed from 7:30am, 11th June.
  2. Check-out will be done next day early morning, 12th June.
  3. Baggage storage will be possible at the hotel as well as Nirma University.
  4. Bus will leave the hotel at sharp 8:30am for the university on both days.
  5. Bus will return back to hotel after the day ends.
Without Accommodation
  1. Registration will start sharp at 9:00am.
  2. Event will start sharp at 10:00am.
  3. Kit will be given along with food coupons on registration.
  4. People with on spot registration are requested to arrive early.
**In case of any dispute the decision by the host club would be final.**
