It is extremely disappointing for myself Being District Secretary official club visits myself was not informed/asked for any visits myself feels helpless to proceed with my given duties at the time of installation in district assembly.

Ref. above and many issues in district each one wants to discuss their own issues with a very professional manner.

The year has been awesome. As I had forwarded the details earlier about hosting of yet another IDYE Team from Kolkatta.

As per updates available to me Kalpesh is with IDYE team from Kolkatta at Ahmedabad.

Till tomorrow and day after tomorrow we ate hosting them.
I guess he might not have read you Nikit.
I will ask him to revert you after May 2, 2016.
Kindly coordinate and discuss things in person.

Dear Drr Kalpesh,

Greetings

It's really commendable the way you have taken Rotaract District 3051 to new heights.

We are really proud of you for being involved with other districts and hosting a considerable number of idye's.

Since conference there is constant urge to you by council members for organising the council meet, as it is important and mandatory like any other event for the betterment of the District.

We should always keep our personal issues out of the district and think for district first.

The amazing part of Rotary is that we are leaders (DRR) only for a year what last is our relations post leadership.

In the interest of District please mail the schedule by Monday i.e 01.05.2016 if you are not able to decide due to your busy schedule, we shall send you the council date by Tuesday.
