Heartiest Congratulations to Everyone who is being part of the activities being carried out in the District.

I will also request everyone  to be part of the things that is being organized.

We are doing Milaap Online Contest Going on by the District 3051 & 3291 .

We Reached 11 Idyes ( incoming + outgoing)Completion as 3291 Kolkata Departed for their Home Last night from my place. we  will have at least 5 more this year .

About Cabinet Meetings I Red Some Mail I will get back to it also The Authority Of Calling Meeting As Such lies with The Drr. But Still I also Second The thought and will get back to it
Till than if anyone has any idea or feedback then can call or meet me personally. I am planning for one more unique event so I wish to cooperate with that and in that I think we will ask all Team Be You Members to be part for the meeting .

I also Found The Group in which there were discussion of Cabinet Meetings On 8 May at Some Place. I am Not available on that Day. But I openly welcome this and I wish cabinet Members even the Drr is busy with other projects should meet and can think of strengthening District.

Also Rotaractors can Also Be Now Rotarian So I will request to join Rotary.
I Discussed with many Rotaractors and They Told me that Fees Can Be An Issue to Rotaractors to Join Rotary. I suggest this can be resolved by discussing it with Parent Rotary of some privelage to the Rotaractors I will get back to this by talking to Our DG and will have some solutions to this

I will also suggest that Use the Power Of Your Mail. It should be Constructive Everytime. As This Time we have almost all the Ids added to group mails so those who are new also gets affected by the mail.

Everyear DRR Changes and Trust me Has their own vision and strategies. Also No one Can Be Perfect and Trust Me I am not the one who is doing all this things alone. There are many who Are Supporting The Momentum Going On. Even if someone wish then also it is not possible to do so much alone.

I suggest all be part of it the momentum going we have many things to be done last 2 Months.

Please refer to your mail in the year 2012, how you reacted to PDRR Jatin Rawal when during the same year he lost his father. Instead of being with him you went and made people against him.

Don't be a dictator.
Drr is the first servant of the District.

directory is complete already and i had forwarded e copy to all before many weeks.

but DRR is not giving me any notifications from last many weeks about its publication.
I request all the cabinet members to kindly help me in solving this matter.
If this will be the spirit of DRR then i dont find anyone in future will come forward to be an Editor.
What was the meaning of EFFORTS which we made for preparing the directory.

i hope you all will  understand the scenario and will support so that we can have last directory of 3050 as soon as possible.

I have beeen trying Drr Jatin Rawal no but i am not getting any response from last many weeks. i had left number of messages but no response has been made.

we work in voluntary organisation  so we all should understand each other  time value.

Respected DRR!

Good Morning!!

Your email means a lot to all the members of Rotaract District 3051.

On a tentative analysis the year has gone really great being the clubs are getting  very active in our district.

On a contrary note, Rotaract Club of Gandhidham has not received any calls or invitation from THE DRR for any of the district events, newsletters, joint projects or a general call.

Where we have been removed from the various official groups on whatsapp without a superfree voice call or a text message from THE DRR, neither the District Officials from our club is getting calls to join District Events.

Keeping all this aside as we dont consider Rotaract as a spectator sport!!

We regulary send THE DRR invitations for all our events being conducted but till date we didnt have the privilidge to get a reply or a gesture for the same.

When THE DRR knows that a meeting can be called only by his consent, dates and timing to settle the issues of the District Officials dosent THE DRR thinks that he should himself settle the issues of a club which is regularly being miscomunicated or misinterpreted.

There is no negetivity anywhere to ask a question in a public forum when THE DRR removes, unfriend, blocks two representatives of the club from the District Social Media Channels and breaks the connectivity of a club to all other clubs of the District!

It is a point to think & to work on!

Never such emails were written in past and it will not happen in future too!

I personally received the brunt from Sumit when I just wrote to Nikit  by saying not to guess, it wasn't a CC to our DG and RCC. Then getting a personal whatsapp message writing a better way does not take away the harm done. Please do not behave as per your random moods. May be miscommunication does more harm.

I feel that if we are not respected as individuals and here to raise personal issues, cant let bygones be bygones, I am  atleast no more a part of this movement. A story of 2012 if at all is repeated where somebody has raised a concern for a response to their hardwork not at individual club level but at district level we are really too low to be a part of a big moment. I am not saying this for the sake of it I have myself forgot issues I have had.

I think all are above 18 years here we always instigate people and when they react we point out they did so forgetting what we did.

I personally send invitations for IDYE and Gandhidham has not only hosted but also been a part of outgoing IDYE teams. 

Kindly lets behave like matured individuals and always look at what we did rather than picking up fights every now and then.

We in our CA groups also remove people who deliberately and repeatedly violate well communicated issues. By the way I recall being removed from a group where instead I was teased since I was a member not the admin. Look who is speaking but I was happy had to go for Sahaj meditation to restore peace.

2)Talking about we are not respected individualy then its upto DRR how he maintains relations as respect is give and take.

3)We are not here for all this small small fights our major concern is R.I.D-3051 CABINET COUNCIL MEETING. As our DRR.Rtr.Kalpesh Ahuja's tenure is about to an end and yet he is not done any CABINET COUNCIL MEETINGS.

4)All PDRR has served till their best taking district on their hands and has taken care with all their classy ways and creative ideas for the betterment of rotaractors of our district setting a benchmark examplE our beloved and Respected "PDRR.PHF.RTR.MANASVI THAPAR".

5)Lets not talk about RC GANDHIDHAM here because we all R.I.D-3051 rotaractors know how badly they have suffered in this year even personally but still they have kept on doing AMAZING MEGA PROJECTS which are out of box with their personal invitation to every rotaractors of our district....Today RC GANDHIDHAM is in the list of SUPER MOST ACTIVE CLUB of our R.I.D-3051, so i ll request to not comment anything on RC GANDHIDHAM. And this point will be discussed in CABINET COUNCIL MEETING.Because since past many years RC GANDHIDHAM is giving many amazing leaders to our district.

6)I Personally being in Rotaract since past 7 years have never came across such situation which we all are facing today.

7)I appreciate the efforts of PDRR.RTR.JATIN RAWAL even his father was no more with him during his tenure he gave all his best efforts to lead R.I.D-3051 and set a benchmark for future.

8)Today it feels very bad when past DRR's and their contribution are not respected plus current DRR is not concious to send mail for his AVALIABILTY DATES rather than giving UNAVABILITY DATES, which is tarnishing the image of ROTARACT DISTRICT 3051.

I HOPE WE ARRANGE A CABINET COUNCIL MEETING SOON and i request if DRR is unavailable we can condict this "FIRSTCABINET COUNCIL MEETING OF ROTARACT -3051" under guidance of DG.RTN.LALIT SHARMA Sir and DRCC.RTN.SANDESH Sir and lets come to a decission from them as they are the Respectable Leaders of ROTARY INTERNATIONAL DISTRICT - 3051.

On the outset, i really congratulate you for your efforts for the district, you have worked that is very well appreciated by everyone. It is evident that you have taken district to new heights. All PDRRS and all the rotaractors are proud of you.

There are few issues which can be resolved once we all sit and discuss. These issues are also important and need amicable solutions.

Rotaract is a family, where we have done great deeds for the society and you as our leader for the year 15 - 16 have made all of us proud. 

Please its a request for the betterment of the district, please mark your presence on 8th May 2016 as it has been planned by our rotaractors. In case you cannot come, please provide us with an alternative date, so we can explore the possibilities.
