Each club is required to mail on monthly basis. If a club misses to report monthly reports that club becomes disqualified automatically. Followed by monthly reports there is an annual reporting.

The following people are to be sent for reporting:
DG
DRCC
DRR
IPDRR
DRRE
RCC

We request DG Sir & DRCC Sir to please guide us and take the awards in their hands as there is no monthly reporting done, which is a clear violation of bye laws. For which we had advised Drr Sir to compile according to the bye laws, which he have not.

Dear Drr Kalpesh,

Greetings 

You have done a great work for the district, there is no doubt about your work. It's ok to wrong, we all know you taken all your decisions without consulting with the council members. 

This year council members were just in the directory.

Those people who spoke that there something wrong what have happened in the district this year, have either left their posts or have been blocked by you on social media.

You are a true leader who fought against wrongs when happened in the past, but when you became the leader you are running away from the critics. What have happened has happened.

Please make public all the monthly reports which came this year or give to DG and DRCC.

You are also required to submit all the financials of this year for the review of the council, since there is no effective council meeting conducted by you. Please courier the minutes book to DG/DRCC.

The term is ending, yet an opportunity is in your hands to make friends. Please keep your personal egos aside and think of the district first.

I have personally at my level tried to keep a watch and check at the happenings to the extent possible. I have seen the good work (which believe me I never saw when I was myself a rotaractor) and at the same time agree that there have been procedural lapses on the part of the DRR's office. 

At the same time I feel based on what i saw at the conference that the manner in which the seniors are playing their role is not appreciable. 

We all know and understand that the club nominations take place based on reporting. So those who have doubt can personally go and meet DRR to see the reports that have been received by him. And if any club has any issue that their formal reporting has been ignored by DRR, let the club come forward and complain. 

Lets rise from the personal prejudices and now that this term is ending, lets try and close things in amicable manner.
