Please note the following clubs name who has not send the details in alphabetical manner as it was suppose to be send.

I whole heartedly request you to send your club members phone numbers with their name in alphabetical manner to Dhaval Daiya I'd by today5 pm. We are already delayed as yesterday it was about to be printed so I request you to support the initiative

I Wish every member of district number to be there. So please cooperate and for any queries you can directly contact me or either Dhaval Daiya who has managed this Tedious task .

Thanks for the Support guys. You Guys are awesome also I got to know from Dhaval that Some clubs has sent the details on the first day when this was declared. Kudos to those clubs .

Clubs who has not paid dues will not be added into the directory as we have intimated them thousands of time. Clubs like Ahmedabad West SMIT IIIT.

Dear leaders

I told u in the earlier mail that there can be mistakes as I am in Hyderabad and I have also not seen the directory yet but I forwarded to you directly so that it can be rectified if it's needed.

I once again request to write mail in personal when it is said to do o.
Rtr.Dhaval has done fabulous job and I will love it further mails will be in personal instead of Groups of mistakes.

Take it in serious note and mistakes mailing in personal id to me and dhaval.  Also do not put.cc to lalit sharma sir and Drc sir when it's not needed for such mails .

I hope you understand the things .
