Reporting time for Rotaract members at Vidyaniketan - 12:30 pm

Leave at 12:45 / 1:00 pm (Transport arranged by Rotaract club of Pune sports city with some help from Parent Rotary if possible.)

Reach the orphanage by 1:30/1:40.

After reaching the orphanage : 30 mins - Introduction 

                                                  1 hr 10 mins - skit / group activity involving leadership skills, co-ordination, interaction.

                                                                         One rotaractor will be a part of every group in order to guide them and help them.

                                                  10 mins -  donating some of their requirments ( needs to be revised - it depends on the money we generate after selling the collected text                                    

                                                                   books)

                                                  10 mins- Buffer time.

Leave at 3:30.3:40 and reach Vidyaniketan by 430 pm.

Hello Uncle 

Our visit to the orphanage was successful and fun too. The school kids enjoyed themselves thoroughly and got to learn a lot of things. The orphanage kids mixed up with the school kids and we conducted a few activities . I'll share the photos soon. 

My sincere thanks to our parent club and  Deepak uncle, Geetika aunty, Nitin uncle , Sadhna aunty, Sandesh and Sameer uncle without whom the event wouldn't have been possible.

Here are the things we donated

12 toothpastes

washing powder-25 packets

washing soap-10 dozen

vim bar-5 dozen

Matki- 2kg

moong -25kg

masur daal-7kg

batana-10kg

chavli-10kg

groundnut-25kg

lal tikhat-25kg

pohe-50kg

and 

101 story books and 37 note books collected and donated by our early act club.
