Following is an excellent initiative taken by Rotaract District 3220, Sri Lanka.

They have invited 5 rotaractors from each district for Intorex, which will be something similar to IDYE.

Interested rotaractors, please do get in touch with me, before 14th Jane, as we have to give them the confirmations before 10th Feb.

Dear All Rotaractors,

Attached herewith is the much awaited Final Schedule for INTROEX - 2013 for your reference.  If you need to show this to any entity in order to obtain permission and such, I will send this once again in the Letter Head of Rotaract District 3220.  Mentioned below are few points of importance for your reference.

* There will be no charge for INTROEX, but; the Registration Fee for Rotaract District Conference will be 2,000 INR. (Bank Details will be given in due course)
* Air fare should be borne by participants.
* Participants are requested to provide their own Travel Insurance.
* An Invitation Letter will be sent to all participants to facilitate in the Visa process.
* Maximum number of participants per District will depend on 'First Come First Serve' basis since we only can accomodate 40 international participants in INTROEX. (Try to keep it to THREE)
* Send the following details of each participant upon the deposit - Full Name, DOB, Passport Number, Name of Club, Designation (Club Level / District Level), District Number and Location.
* Please keep 10th February 2013 as deadline for confirmations (upon receiving the payment & details), since we need time to prepare ID Cards, Certificates etc.
