It gives me immense pleasure to write to you for the first time as the D.R.R. 2013-14 of RID 3131. It was because of your support and wishes that I'm holding this position. As you all know that we had our District Conference couple of days back and I'm sure you must of enjoyed to the content of your heart.

Well, now the time has come to take our best foot forward towards one more successful Rotaract year . I'm sending across an application form of Rotaract District Executive Council of RID 3131 for the year 2013-14 .
