For many people, Facebook is "Internet Home Base," the first stop to see what's happening in the lives of friends and family. But whether you access Facebook on desktop, on your phone or on a tablet, sometimes the social media site doesn't work the way it should. If you are having problems with Facebook, here are seven common ways to troubleshoot and solve your problem.
Localstorage for our webapp (react) behaves strange when the site is opened in the Facebook browser on iOS and android. We have an authentication flow that depends on storing a token in localstorage and reading it. The symptoms we see when our site is opened in the facebook browser (a user clicks on a link to our site on Facebook) is that the auth flow fails on the first attempt at login but works on the second attempt at login. It appears like the localstorage is asyncronous. At least it behaves differently from other browsers like Chrome, Firefox and Safari.
If somebody has problems with localStorage in Fasebook in-app browser, please make sure that you set strings to variables in localStorage (not numbers, boolean, etc.). This is a simple rule but sometimes you forget about it when you don't get errors.

@ryptoKing In case of any cyber problems, contact DM.Among the recent hacks have been those that involve iCloud, Facebook, IMEssage, and Ransomware, Snapchat, Snapchat support, Snapchat leak, Xbox Series X, Xbox Share, and Roblox problems, and missing phones.

@xolani_coker We have too many serious issues for these guys to pretend like we are in silicon Valley. Twitter, Facebook etc does not solve problems without the core systems of state working - health, transport, power etc. I don't know who keeps bringing that guys tweet to my TL ?

I tried to include the facebook and the google connect method into the login page of my phprunner projects and followed all steps according to the documentation. but both connection methods dont work. each of them stops in one of the following errors:
Google: after entering the credentials into the popup, the popup disappears and on the login page the message "popup_closed_by_user" appears. in the database there is no additional record created.
Facebook: after entering the credentials into the popup, the popup disappears and the login page tries to redirect to the page "/user_list.php?a=return&" but this page does not exist in my project. in the database one new record with my email and the ext_security_id is created.
I am using an external https-web server, working with phprunner 10.6 and 10.8 even when I try different web browsers, different fb and google accounts, everytime the same issue.
my question: what could be wrong in my settings or where I have to add some more code?

but I dont think so about the problem with the facebook method. the registration is actually working because I got a new record in the database. also I was been notified in my facebook account that I was registered at an external app. the only problem is that I will be redirected to a non-existent page "/user_list.php?a=return&". maybe I just need to change this address, but dont know where.

Anyone else having problems with Firefox not loading Facebook? Over the past 24 hours have had no access (oh no what a shame). The status bar just reads "waiting for facebook.com...". I've disabled all the addons that might cause a problem: addblock and noscript and requestpolicy (nightmare combo) but still no Facebook (was thinking Facebook might have changed its domain requests).
I booted into Debian (dual boot) and no problem loading facebook with Iceweasel. Back to Arch and started writing this post, and thought to try Midori, and Midori loaded facebook without problem. So back to Firefox and guess what, Facebook loads.

Facebook has now published a blog post giving some details of what happened internally. Externally, we saw the BGP and DNS problems outlined in this post but the problem actually began with a configuration change that affected the entire internal backbone. That cascaded into Facebook and other properties disappearing and staff internal to Facebook having difficulty getting service going again.
Hey guys after installing ubuntu 12.04 I faced several problems with My Graphics card. Folowing this question: I was able to install my Catalyst and everything seems OK. The only problem I have is Chrome. Facebook, Youtube and maybe other sites are messed up.. I checked this question too but, I have already installed the correct drivers.
Hi there, my blog posts don't show the facebook like button; i noticed (maybe, not sure) that this happened when i changed my domain from free domain (.weebly) to my own domain (giorgiofranzosipsicologo. com).
By using facebook debugger, it says that i miss "og:type, fb:app_id".
Hi, since last Saturday the facebook like button does not appear under my blog posts.
The button does suddenly appear under my blog posts when I am logged in to Facebook myself, but as soon as I log out there, the button has disappeared again.
I didn't make any changes to the site and I cleared my cache, but that didn't help unfortunately.
Hi @Adam , the wifi is not the problem. Firstly, no changes had been made to my wifi when the problem occurred.
Second, I asked a friend in another country to look at my site and of course he uses a completely different internet connection than I do.
In Chrome, he sees both buttons; in Edge he doesn't see any of the buttons and in Firefox he only sees the Twitter button. So it seems very random and therefore there must be something else wrong. Until last Saturday I had no problems at all.
So will you please look into it again a.s.a.p.? Thanks.
@BernadetteWell, that's very strange! Something must have changed last week (not by me) because I still can't see the FB like button and I had no problems before. I will ask more friends if they can see the button or not. Please keep this topic open until further notice. Thank you.
After talking with a FB rep, he told me that indeed there are some problems (on their side), but when I told him that i use GTM (so, a 3rd party) he said that he cannot help me and I should reach 3rd party support.
