-dnszoneimporter tool doc show that config file argument is required when
tool does not require said tool. Check wiki for consistency with tool.

-dnslsacl tool doc suggests that arguments are required when all arguments
are optional

-dnsmassadd tool doc suggests that the command 'massadd' is needed when
tool does not use such command. Check wiki for consistency with tool.

-dnscheckconfig suggests that an audit log id is required. This is not
required and the doc should be adjusted accordingly.

-dnsexportconfig doc has large gap between 2 arguments where there should
be a new line. Need to add the new line to the doc.

Also found:
dnslszones forward- has --cidr-block option in doc when that argument is
not allowed iwith this command.

UserToolsUsage wiki page (section with step by step instructions
demonstrating how to get started with using User Tools)-
- Update the tool usage for each tool, a handful are out dated and are
missing flags or have incorrect name for flag (dnsmkrecord's current flag
in wiki is '--a-assignment-ip')
- Add a step to create a SOA record for the forward and reverse zone,
inserted after creating your first zones
- Move dnsupnamedglobals step up to after creating and assigning dns
server sets to dns servers
- Fix dnsupnamedglobals step -d <dns-server-set> value, currently it is a
view, not a server set
- Add a step to add the newly created view to the dns-server-set
