Change port / IP for python web interface

How/where can I change the IP and port that the web interface is
running on?

Seems the last reply was lost. But the web interface is more of a proof of concept rather than a tool. It was written for mod_python which is now extinct. Mod_python has since been replaced with mod_wsgi which this interface has not been tested on. If you are familiar with these two software packages you would know that they are apache modules. So whichever port apache is configured to use the roster web interface will follow. The same goes for the IP address.
