Weird form behavior on editing the filter using rDBToolBar

Hello!

I have a main form which starts non-modal forms. Clicking on any icons on the rDbToolbar which opens a dialog form, the main form jumps in front of the non-modal form and blocks the view of it.

After closing the form (for example, the filter editor form), the non-modal form returns to the front.

How could I keep the non-modal form behind the dialog?

Before:

After:

I'm afraid it is standard RAD behavior which is not connected to my components and prepared dialogs.
