Can i use more localisation in one application

For example i want to use english and germany localisation and with one parameter in ini file. for example localisation=de use germany localisation for parameter loalisation=en english localisation

my Delphi Form Localizer, see https://rosinsky.cz/delphi_tools/, prepares localized DFM file which is then used for application buils.

So it does not support switching of languages in runtime.

You can use some other solution.

something like TfrLocalizationController in Fastreport
