SOCIETY DUES

Dear Rosewood Heights Members,
Greetings…!
We do appreciate the cooperation of members in terms of making payments towards maintenance charges/ad hoc amount to tide over the PMC bank crisis , which helped the management committee to meet the monthly outflow against various commitments – e g salary/housekeeping /security/ Garden/Gym maintenance etc.
However while reviewing the dues from the members as on date and the likely cash available with the society we apprehend that it is going to be a big challenge to meet the expenses for Feb/March 2020 as because as on date we have a total receivable of ~ 20 lacs from members- some of the members have not paid for last few quarters also while some members are to pay their Jan 20 to March 20 quarterly maintenance charges
We request each one of you to please clear the dues immediately. We will be circulating the member wise due list within this week .
