The whole idea of giving rebate to members was because with the lumpsum , society was able to generate additional revenue from fixed deposits and this benefit was passed on to residents. Also it saved massive man hours involved in following up and administrative overheads for multiple collections. Asking  rebate for meeting basic  expenses may not be a good idea.

Good evening friends PMC  episode is really sad and difficult for families /societies as there huge sum of money got stuck. In order to run the society need of hour was money so fair enough we all need to pay additional sum of 20 thousand and balance six months society charges in advance. I agree to it. But my point is simple the honourable members who have paid the society charges in April got rebate of one month now I am paying in six months so we should also get rebate of 15days or managing committee must look to revoke one month rebate to tide over the situation. Request managing committee to look into it.
