Dear Rosewood Heights Members,

 

First of all than you very much for the support provided in keeping social distance in this very difficult time and we all hope that this temporary challenge will tide away without any adverse impact on any one of us and the society.

 

While management committee is doing its best to meet the expenses considering very limited resources it has , we also extend our thanks to all members in making timely payment for the maintenance charges. We request all to please come forward and avail the scheme that was announced and pay the maintenance charges

Dear Rosewood Heights Members,

 

Greetings…!

 

The stalemate at PMC Bank still continues and we see no sign of normalcy with the result that our fixed deposit and  amount in savings account still cannot be used. Members were kind enough to agree on adhoc payment of Rs.20000/- along with pre ponement of Maintenance charges for 4th quarter of current financial year, which helped run the show . The  management committee could continue with providing all facilities without compromising on cost and quality. The amount garnered due to this joint effort could see us through the 6 months period.

 

The management committee deliberated a lot in the last meeting and came to conclusion that like earlier years this year too we will go ahead with discount scheme for its members. The present cash available with the society is not enough to even meet one month expenditure. On top of it there are huge outstanding ( of course defaulting members pay a high interest cost).

 

Given below is the calculation of how this scheme is most beneficial when compared to the interest rate offered by a bank presently

We do hope that members will come forward and avail this discount/incentive scheme – not only for the benefit of the society but also for themselves. The last date for availing this scheme is 15th April 2020. We hope like earlier years maximum members will avail this facility.

 

As far as advance amount of Rs.20000/- is concerned- this will continue to remain as advance till such time the PMC Bank starts functioning and we are able to use the locked funds

 

Requesting all members to please come forward and avail this scheme
