Dear Rosewood Heights members,
Greetings,
We have been requesting all members time and again to be regular in paying their dues to the society so that the activities of the society and its maintenance can be done smoothly and without any disruption. Committee members spent lot of their personal time in ensuring things run properly. However if funds are not available on time then it becomes very difficult for them to run the show.
From the enclosed list of dues we see that ~ 25 lacs is due from many members. We are forced to share the list so that everyone appreciates the situation. We request one and all members to please pay the amount immediately. The 2nd list shows amount due against conveyance charges.
If any member finds his amount in correctly appearing or has any doubt on the accounting they may please contact Society manager Mr B Jha at the society office or write to him on his email id rwmana...@gmail.com and undersigned only. Requesting all members not to shoot mail on the society common mail id please
