SOCIETY CONVEYANCE -Nov 2018

Dear Rosewood Heights Members,
Greetings..
It is with great pleasure we wish to inform all members that on Saturday 17th November 2018 we have finally registered the conveyance deed in favour of the society. We on behalf of the management committee thank all the members without whose support this herculean task would not have been accomplished. Thanks also to the builder who was very supportive in this endeavour.
We also thank all members whose timely payment of registration charges helped the committee to plan the expenses and activities that were required to be undertaken for this work As per the consultant whom we have appointed it will take another 4 weeks’ time or so to get the name of the society registered with CIDCO.
This is indeed a big achievement and was only possible with your support. We request some of the members who has still not paid the amount to clear the dues immediately

Subject: Maintenance and other charges
Dear Rosewood Heights members
Greetings
We observe that as on date more than 80 members are yet to pay the ad-hoc maintenance charges of Rs.6500 which was approved by the members in general body meeting on 15th Aug 2018.
Further some members are yet to clear the dues of Rs.11000 towards conveyance charges.
On top of the above dues many members are yet to pay the quarterly maintenance charges ( Oct to Dec)
All these dues are leading to liquidity crunch.We request all members to please clear their dues immediately.
Finally our greetings for the ensuing festive season and wish all members a very happy Deepawali.
