Dear Mr Mardhani,

Really very surprised to see your mail indicating that you do not even know what is the monthly maintenance charges even though you have been the owner for a very long time know 

Even surprising is that you do not perhaps know how society runs it's monthly show and meets its monthly requirements .I suppose every one in this society knows that due date of making quarterly maintenance charges is 15th of the first month of the quarter. Society has been following this process ever since it was formed.

Every quarter invoices are raised and hard copies are  sent to each and every flat.

We as management committee members have been regularly communicating to all on the problem we are facing due to PMC bank crisis and what action has been taken to overcome it.

We also had a SGM on 6th October 2019 where all members were duly informed about the meeting through email communication and notice to each and every flat in the society was also sent Not sure why you missed all these communication even though you are now communicating on the same mail id.

Please go through the earlier mails and you will get all information..

I really don't understand why the hell we are using some adda website. You expect us to keep on going online every now and then. The best part is that we get the intimation that your bill amount is due tomorrow! Come on, why cant the office bearers send the invoice on 'email' as soon as it is generated, especially for non residents like me. 

At one point we cry members are not paying their maintainace and on the other hand members cannot pay their dues due to proper communication channel.

Can you please let me know what is my dues and post PMC thing, what is our new bank account details. For the security reason can I have the maintenance invoice which mentions the bank details. I can assure you that you will get the money in one day.

There is no point in posting on Adda. No one reads this nor acts on it. Inspite of payments made ,records are not updated. Its very inconvenient for non-residents to cope with the society affairs ,even in this digital world.
